Prolonged Exposure Therapy

A trauma-focused approach that helps individuals gradually confront trauma-related memories, feelings, and situations to reduce avoidance.

Cognitive Processing Therapy

An evidence-based treatment for PTSD that focuses on identifying and challenging unhelpful beliefs related to trauma.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Designed for individuals impacted by trauma, this approach combines cognitive and behavioural techniques to help manage distress.

Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

Encourages psychological flexibility by helping individuals accept difficult thoughts and feelings while committing to values-based action.

Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT)

An evidence-based intervention that helps individuals recognise and reframe unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

Solution-Focused Cognitive Therapy
