Janja is a registered psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting adults with a wide range of mental health concerns.

Janja is a registered psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychological treatment and takes a collaborative approach to help clients explore challenges and move toward valued life goals.

Janja has extensive experience working in private, public, not-for-profit, and corporate settings. She specialises in supporting individuals impacted by complex trauma, occupational trauma (including PTSD and moral injury), mood and anxiety disorders, and relationship difficulties. She has particular expertise in working with military personnel, first responders, and police officers exposed to trauma. Her therapeutic modalities include CBT, ACT, EMDR, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Schema Therapy, DBT, RO-DBT, and Adaptive Disclosure.

Janja works with adults presenting with:

  • Complex trauma and occupational trauma, including PTSD and moral injury
  • Anxiety, worry, stress, perfectionism, and procrastination
  • Depression, mood disorders, hopelessness, and low motivation
  • Attachment challenges and relationship difficulties
  • Parenting and family challenges
  • Adjustment difficulties and life transitions
