
Esi Amoah
Esi is a registered psychologist with experience in providing assessments and therapeutic interventions across the lifespan. She is an empathetic and compassionate clinician who values a client centred approach to therapy. Esi utilises a range of evidence-based interventions including but not limited to; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive behavioural therapy.
Esi works with adults with the following presentations:
- Anxiety, worry, perfectionism, and procrastination
- Body Focused Repetitive Behaviours (hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting)
- Adjustment Difficulties
- Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
- Workplace stress and burnout
Esi has availability face to face and via telehealth.

- Bachelor of Psychology (Honours)
