
Amelia Zaknic
Amelia is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering therapeutic space where clients feel encouraged to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate work/life challenges and is dedicated to fostering psychological insight and meaningful change through strategies that support long-term wellbeing.
Amelia is a registered and SIRA accredited psychologist holding a Master of Professional Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Psychology from Macquarie University.
Amelia has experience supporting adults within the worker’s compensation scheme, assisting individuals navigate recovery from life stressors, anxiety, and depression. Amelia draws on a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
